The Little Venice Of The Philippines

I think you all know already or saw a facebook post about the ‘Little Venice’ we have here in the Philippines and I know most of you or everyone wants to go there but me? I don’t know. I’m kind of ‘I-want-to-go’ there and see this ‘Little Venice’ at the same time it’s not on my ‘To Go List’. BUT who cares when your relatives (cousins to be exact)asked you to go with them? but to say yes! right? after all, we all want to experience everything in our lives

We all went to Venice Piazza Grand Canal Mall last April 22, 2017, and FYI we have zero knowledge on how to get there. I tried calling Anne my colleague friend who already went there and she told me she forgot how to get there na daw. We also tried Grab, so that the driver will just drop us directly to Venice Piazza but unfortunately it’s too costly so we decided to commute nalang. From Las Pinas City, we rode a jeepney going to Alabang Starmall and rode a bus going to Ayala, Makati. After that, we rode another bus from Ayala to BGC North route and the bus drop us somewhere on 5th street and the worst part of it is we don’t have any idea where’s the Venice because all we can see is the buildings surrounding us. So I opened my google map on my phone and started searching for this VENICE!!!

Worst is, ang layo pa ng Venice Piazza sa 5th street pala! lalakarin nalang sana namin kasi mukhang malapit lang sya sa google map buuuuuuuut don’t do that promise! google map can be deceiving. So we rode a jeep going there and after a 15mins walk, I already saw the Venice Piazza mall from a distance. So imagine us soaked in sweat because the heat of the sun is so unbearable these days.

We hurriedly went inside the mall to feel the cool air that we all needed those time and we all make our way to the ‘Little Venice’ of the Philippines.

Too sad the longer you stay there, the more crowded it gets. So it means you don’t get the best angle or view for the picture taking.
